Ltd. started in 2013 as a consulting agency and extended its services to in 2015 with Ameya Associates LLP and get registered as a Manufacturer in 2019 to cater steel construction projects. Turnkey PEB Projects & Infrastructure construction company, having manufacturing unit at Pune Chakan for Fabrication of Steel Structures, Water Tanks & Dairy Farm Related Infrastructure. We are a company with concept to commissioning policy wherein we take complete IN HOUSE responsibility of: Design & Development, Manufacturing, and Assembly Commissioning. Our team having almost up to 25 years of experience in steel fabrication and a wide range of skills and processes.
We have the flexibility to tailor our production to meet the needs of our clients. Our experienced and expertise also allows us to work closely with our clients from the design stage of projects until final dispatch to site.

Design
Design is the main strength of Ameya Group as two out of three directors had been head of design of major PEB companies . The main framing of PEB systems is analyzed by the stiffness matrix method. The program uses the stiffness matrix method to arrive at the solution of displacements and forces.
Production, Planning & Control
The PPC department can be called to be the controller of all the other departments of our plant because it keeps a check on at what point of time what kind of work and how much work according to the manpower available is to be given to a particular department.
Erection
The purpose of this method statement is to describe and communicate the procedures, the safety measures and quality requirements for the above-mentioned work. The supervisor must read this method statement to the site personnel who will be undertaking this work.
